~Our 10 Step Carpet Cleaning Process~​

1. We begin our process with a walk through accompanied by the homeowner. We will discuss all areas to be cleaned and any spots or stains of concern.

2. Corner guards and floor mats will be utilized in areas that will provide maximum protection to the homeowners’ pride and joy.  In addition, a safety door will be used to minimize wildlife/insect entrance and to preserve indoor temperatures.

3. A detailed corner-to-corner vacuuming (including base boards) will be performed in all areas with our industrial grade vacuum to ensure we remove as much dirt, dander, and dust as possible.

4. An appropriate spot treatment will be applied to any areas of concern.

5. To loosen the soil deep within the carpets, an even application of our pet and child friendly cleaning agent will be applied. 

6. When applicable, we employ our CRB (Counter Rotating Brush) machine in high traffic areas lifting the pile to ensure a deep-down cleaning is achieved.

7. We then use our high-performance truck mounted steam cleaning system that applies pressurized water at approximately 200 degrees to loosen and lift soil that traditional vacuuming leaves behind. At these elevated temperatures, potential bacteria that might be active within the carpet fibers will also we eliminated.

8. Ensuring we leave the carpets as dry as possible, we utilize numerous vacuum strokes with our industry grade equipment. Typically, carpets are dry within 4-6 hours based on ideal conditions. Temperature, Humidity, and Airflow are the most important factors in determining drying times.

9. A final reinspection, with the homeowner, of the freshly cleaned areas will be performed in order to confirm no spots were missed.

10. When applicable, we will hand rake the freshly cleaned carpet to set the pile and assist in even drying.
